Walking out of the studio in our little farm house one day, I started jammin on (what became) the opening hook of this song.......inspired by a run in with undesirables in the music industry, the first verse flew from my mouth and I quickly ran to Jana to both co-miserate and co-write the rest of what we were feeling that day.
Originally entitled "The Day" (from hell, ........we were thinking), we changed the name after it was recorded to avoid confusion with the first single "5 Days".
